Swire Shipping Fijian Drua winger Selestino Ravutaumada is focused on maintaining his consistency and continuing from where he left off last year.

The 24-year-old had a spectacular season with the Drua last year helping the side create history by reaching the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific quarter finals in just their second year in the competition.

Ravutaumada says this year, the team have set a target and that is to secure a home quarter final and they are working really hard towards it.

The Naselesele, Taveuni young man’s brilliant performance in the Super Rugby Pacific competition last season earned him a call-up to the Fiji Water Flying Fijians’ squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.

Ravutaumada, who has maternal links to Welagi in Taveuni says he is just focused on getting better every day and he has set his sights on securing his spot again in the Flying Fijians this year and in the future as well.

The Fijian Drua will have one last pre-season trial match against the Melbourne Rebels next week Friday in Melbourne before they start their 2024 Super Rugby Pacific campaign.

They will play the Blues in their first match of the season on the 24th of this month in Auckland.
