Fiji Water Flying Fijians Head Coach Simon Raiwalui is expected to make some big calls for his match day 23 squad that will take on the Wallabies in their 2023 Rugby World Cup crunch match next Monday.

After the heartbreaking 32-26 loss to Wales earlier this week, Raiwalui will look to select a formidable side to counter the Wallabies and create history.

Leading up to the RWC, the Flying Fijians defied all odds to beat England 30-22 in their last RWC warm-up match in Twickenham which had the world of rugby shocked.

Raiwalui made 7 changes from the team that beat England for the Wales game and one of those changes had to be made after first-choice flyhalf Caleb Muntz was ruled out of the World Cup due to injury and Fijian Drua flyhalf Teti Tela donning the number 10 jersey.

The Flying Fijians coach had to bring in Vilimoni Botitu to replace Muntz and is expected to make his first RWC appearance in this crucial match against the Wallabies.

With a few hours to the naming of the team for next Monday’s clash, fans are eager to find out what the team will look like for this do-or-die game for the Flying Fijians.

The Flying Fijians will take on the Wallabies at 3.45am in Lyon.
