Queens Highway in Lami Town will be closed nightly from 8pm to 5am daily from Sunday, 2nd September to Wednesday, 12th September as the Fiji Roads Authority will carry out pavement reconstruction and surfacing works.
FRA says each night, traffic will be diverted through the side streets of Lami Town with clearly set out detour routes in place to guide motorists.
In addition to this planned reconstruction, pre‑works will begin under Stop/ Go traffic management starting from 8pm today till 5am.
During this time traffic will be reduced to single lane with maximum of 10 minute delays allowed.
