Punjas has launched its latest creation, the Bhujia Mix Range and the new line will create 50 additional jobs on top of the company's existing 1,500 staff, reinforcing its commitment to growth and opportunity.

Punjas Managing Director, Rajesh Punja says the launch of Bhujia Mix comes as the company celebrates 90 years in business.

He says that for 90 years, Punjas has been part of every Fijian home and is a name synonymous with trust, taste, and tradition.

He says that from humble beginnings in 1935, they have grown into one of the Pacific’s most loved brands, guided by the belief that good food brings people together.

Punja shared that the Bhujia Mix also has a personal connection, saying that he grew up watching his grandmother make these snacks, and today, they have taken her passion and shared it with the community through Punjas Bhujia.

He says that made in Fiji with precision and care, the Bhujia range combines cutting-edge technology with culinary heritage.

He says each pack embodies Punjas’ dedication to innovation and local pride, and the vibrant new packaging is designed to preserve crispness and flavour through advanced foil packaging, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and freshness.

Punja credited the company’s success to the collective efforts of its team, saying that behind this achievement stands the dedication of their engineers, production teams, marketers, and everyone who brought this vision to life.

The 10 new flavours will be available in stores soon.
