Premila Kumar refutes claims that she had promised a Waidamudamu resident to provide them with electricity
Minister for Housing Premila Kumar.

Minister for Housing Premila Kumar says she has not made any promise to any resident of Waidamudamu in Nausori about providing them with electricity as everyone knows that the area is still being developed.

This is after a resident, Mehboob Ali had claimed during the Informal Lot Allocation Policy consultation at the Rishikul Sanatan College that Kumar had promised them access to electricity by this December but nothing has been done so far.

When questioned by Fijivillage, Kumar says she does not make promises and she would love to have a conversation with the person who made the claim.
