Police Blue makes shaky start to title defence campaign at Savusavu 7s

Fiji Bitter Savusavu 7s defending Champions had a shaky start to their campaign today after a close 12-7 win over an unknown Black Heron side this morning.

Police Blue led 7-0 at halftime before Black Heron came back in the second half to level the score at 7-all with a converted try.

The defending champions managed to score the winning try in the dying stages of the game.

Police Blue had the services of some notable names like Keponi Paul, Livai Ikanikoda, Rusiate Matai and Waisake Ravuiwasa, but Black Heron was determined to put the defending champions to the sword.
