Call centre, Packleader Pacific confirms they have not let go of any of their 250 staff and are even looking to recruit more staff at a time when many Fijian employers have had to let go of their staff because of the downturn in the economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Local Director Unaisi Nadumu says since their main market, Australia is on lockdown, Packleader as an essential service provider has been able to assist Australians who cannot physically go out and do things. The areas of focus are energy and health insurance.

Nadumu adds that they have been very fortunate that they have been able to keep their business going and as such they have been able to keep all staff employed and are also able to create more jobs for Fijians.
