Northland qualifies for next year’s Skipper Cup

Northland has secured their place in the Skipper Cup for next year after they beat Ba 17-0 in their Vodafone Vanua Championship semi-final yesterday.

Inoke Ravuiwasa scored two tries while Eroni Leone scored one try.

Former 7s reps Pio Tuwai and Emosi Mulevoro featured for Northland.

In the second semi-final, Nanukuloa will face Rewa at 3pm today at Garvey Park.

Meanwhile, in the Skipper Cup this afternoon, Nadi takes on Nadroga, Naitasiri plays Suva, Tailevu battles Yasawa while Namosi faces Lautoka.

All matches start at 3pm.
