Rewa topped Group A unbeaten after drawing 1-all with Kells Investment/Global Care Suva FC in their final pool match.
Suva took an early lead through James Hoyt, who scored in the first half to give his side a 1-0 advantage at half-time.
Rewa responded strongly after the break and eventually levelled through an own goal after sustained pressure. Both sides pushed for a winner, but neither could find the decisive goal.
Navua booked their place in the semi-finals after holding Khelvin Realtors Lautoka FC to a goalless draw, finishing second in Group BÂ behind Dayals Steel Ba FC.
The second Super Premier Division semi-final will see Ba take on Extra Supermarket Labasa FC at 5pm on Saturday.
Ba secured their place with a 3-0 win over Nadi, while Labasa edged Nasinu 2-1.
In the Premier Division, Seaqaqa and Tavua will meet in the first semi-final at 11am at HFC Bank Stadium.
The Fiji Under-17 national side will face the Kiribati national football team in the second Premier Division semi-final at 11.30am at Buckhurst Park.
There will also be action in the Senior Division, with Dreketi taking on Taveuni at 9am at HFC Bank Stadium, while Nadogo will face Bua at Buckhurst Park.
Football fans will also be treated to a legends clash, with the Rewa Legends taking on the Suva Legends at 1pm at HFC Bank Stadium.
The winners of Saturday’s semi-finals will advance to the finals on Sunday, with the Super Premier Division final scheduled for 3pm at HFC Bank Stadium.
