Sigatoka Methodist to play Niusawa in the final after 48-0 win over Lelean

Niusawa Methodist High School’s Raluve under 16 side has created the major upset of the Weet-Bix Raluve Championship after beating Adi Cakobau School 22-17 in the semi final today.

Niusawa’s winger Honey Magdalene Koula was the toast of her side after scoring two tries to help them secure the win.

The Somosomo-based school led 12-5 at halftime.

In the second semi final, Sigatoka Meothodist College defeated Lelean Memorial School 48-0 to book a final showdown against Niusawa next week.

Meanwhile, in the Under 14 Vodafone Super Deans first semi final, RKS defeated Marist Brothers’ High School to book their place in the final.

The second under 14 semi final between Lelean and MGM High School is currently underway with the under 15 semi finals between Marist and Gospel High School and also Suva Grammar School and Queen Victoria School.
