Newborn baby found inside the Valelevu Health Centre restroom

An investigation is underway following the discovery of a newborn baby boy inside the Valelevu Health Centre restroom yesterday.

Police say the discovery was made by a woman in her 30s and the matter was reported at the Valelevu Police Station.

The baby is under the care of the Ministry of Health.
