After two back-to-back series losses to the Queensland Maroons, some New South Welshman have jumped ship and declared their allegiance to the Maroons side ahead of tonight’s third round of the State of Origin 2023 clash.

A few fans from the NSW state were reported to have been baptised at the waters of Brown Snake in Queensland, Australia.

Some of the fans that were baptised say they felt different and felt like a winner.

These fans were seen throwing their Blues jersey onto the sands and were later seen pouring beers over the jerseys and walking over them.

The Queensland Maroons will take on the NSW Blues at 10.05 tonight.
