Methodist ministers warned about watching pornography and having extra-marital affairs while continuing with pastoral duties
President of the Methodist Church of Fiji, Reverend Ili Vunisuwai

President of the Methodist Church of Fiji, Reverend Ili Vunisuwai has reminded the church ministers that they must be mindful of things like love affairs through the use of mobile phones, watching pornography and having extra-marital affairs while continuing with their pastoral duties.

Reverend Vunisuwai says the church’s head office continues to receive complaints from the church ministers’ spouses on misconduct by some ordained ministers.

He says this is of great concern to the church and it must stop.

Reverend Vunisuwai says the ministers must lead the way in the protection of women and children in the society.

The Methodist Church Conference is currently underway at Furnival Park.
