McDonald’s Coral Coast Sevens to honour former Fijiana 7s captain

Former Fijiana 7s captain, Rusila Nagasau has been recognised for her dedication and service to the women’s rugby game in Fiji along with great career achievements which includes a bronze medal win in the Tokyo Olympics and a silver medal in the Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

A star and a living legend of the women’s game in our country, she will be honoured in the upcoming Coral Coast Sevens tournament.

The organizers are thrilled to announce a new medal named FWCC Rusila Nagasau Medal that will be presented to the women’s player of the tournament in the Shangri-La Women’s Division.

New stars of the women’s game are expected to be unearthed in this tournament with the addition of this medal and the recipients of this medal will surely be thrilled to receive what is sure to be a coveted prize.

The Coral Coast Sevens tournament will be held from the 12th to the 14th of January, 2023.
