Man questioned over fatal accident

Valelevu police are questioning a man in relation to the fatal accident in Khalsa road, Nasinu, yesterday morning.

Director Traffic SSP Mahesh Mishra has confirmed that the driver who was driving a rental car was taken into custody soon after the accident and is expected to be charged soon.

14 year old Ateca Katonivere died instantly while her 10 year old brother is fighting for his life.

Meanwhile, the Director Traffic SSP Mahesh Mishra has once again warned drivers not to break laws.
