Man in viral video threatening the Acting Prime Minister and police officers to be taken for a psychiatric evaluation today

The man that was seen in a video swearing and making threats in front of the Parliament Complex will be taken for a psychiatric evaluation today.

Police say the man was arrested yesterday and put in police custody to calm him down.

They say the incident happened yesterday.

The video has been shared widely on social media.

In the video, the man swore at the people inside Parliament including police officers and demanded to see the Acting Prime Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.
