Police say the body that was found in Qiolevu in Sawani has been identified as a 60-year-old taxi driver of Korociriciri in Nausori.
Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the man was reported missing at the Nausori Police Station on Sunday after failing to return home after work.
Naisoro says a post mortem will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
Investigations continue.
