A 36-year-old man charged with unlawful cultivation of illicit drugs has pleaded not guilty at the Suva High Court today.
Nemani Ravai is alleged to have cultivated 34.2 kilograms of marijuana on the 9th of June last year in Wainibuka.
Judge Justice Salesi Temo has asked the prosecution to explain the case theory and evidence on the 19th of next month.
Ravai’s bail has been extended.
