Bail has been granted by the Nasinu Magistrates Court for a 33-year-man charged with two counts of being in possession of illicit drugs.
Ashish Akshay Kumar is granted bail in the sum of $2000 with two sureties who have signed a surety bond of $500 each.
It is alleged that Kumar was found in possession of 0.9 grams of marijuana and 2 grams of methamphetamine between the 9th and 10th of this month.
The case has been adjourned to December 16th, for plea before Magistrate Sufia Hamza.
