Former Fiji 7s Rugby Maestro Waisale Serevi has urged all Fijians around the world to say a word of prayer before the Fiji Water Flying Fijians take on Wales in their Rugby World Cup opener tomorrow.

In a Facebook post, Serevi says he believes that through the unity that has been shown by the Flying Fijians team, something good is about to happen.

He says the Flying Fijians can beat Wales and through patience and discipline, they can overcome any challenges ahead of them.

He adds that all Fijians need to render their support to the team as they are going to need it.

Serevi also sent words of encouragement to the team and head coach, Simon Raiwalui.

The Flying Fijians will take on Wales at 7am next Monday in Bordeaux.

Meanwhile, in the RWC matches that have been played, host France beat the All Blacks 27-13, Italy thrashed Namibia 52-8, Australia beat Georgia 35-15, Ireland demolished Romania 82-8 and England beat Argentina 27-10. Stay with us for updates.
