Solomons Prime Minister Gordon Darcy Lilo has re-affirmed his country's commitment to work with Fiji.
This follows a meeting between the Prime Minister and Fiji's President Ratu Epeli Nailatikua , who is on an official visit to Honiara.
Meanwhile, the Governor General of the Solomons Islands Sir Frank Kabuli said the country was appreciative of the economic contributions that Fijian companies have provided to the Solomon Islands in recent years.
Currently there are 28 Fijian companies operating out of Honiara.
Copies of the Fijian Constitution were also presented by the President to Prime Minister Gordon Darcy Lilo and also the Governor General Sir Frank Kabuli.
