LegendFM radio personality offers cash reward if his 21-yr record is broken

LegendFM personality Antonio Rahiman's senior boys high jump record of 2.09 metres is yet to be broken after 21 years and he is challenging students who are taking part in this year's Coca Cola Games to break his record and who ever breaks it, will be given a cash reward by the radio station.

Rahiman says he remembers the historic jump very well in 2003.

He says he prepared well that year because it was a South Pacific Games year and he was training to be part of Team Fiji contingent.

Rahiman told fijivillage news that his rival was his teammate from Marist, Rajen Prasad who was also training for the SPG and had jumped over 2 metres as well.

He says Prasad pushed him to go beyond his limits keeping in mind a spot for the Pacific Games.

The senior boys high jump event will take place on Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium.
