Lautoka residents advised to save water
Residents of Lautoka have been advised to store water this morning as they are expected to face water disruptions from throughout the day.

Water Authority of Fiji spokesperson, Maika Nagalu said water engineers will be fixing a burst main at Kermode road in Lautoka.

Areas likely to face water disruptions include Kermode Road, Kashmir area, Omo Street, Tavakubu, Sukanaivalu Road, Cakau Street, Tavakubu Village and Vio Road.

Residents are advised to store enough to last the whole day as supply is expected to normalise by 7pm.

Nagalu said two water trucks will also be carting water in the affected areas and has called on residents to use water wisely.
