LDS Church College to promote road safety at Tadra Kahani

In an attempt to reduce road fatalities, Fiji LDS Church College is determined to play their part by promoting road safety at this years Tadra Kahani with Connect.

Student rep Shania Dutt said almost everyday they hear about a road accident which is why they have decided to come up with this theme.

Dutt said they have already come up with the concept of the item and preparations are progressing well.

She said their main aim is to get their message across to people during their performance.

The road death toll in the country currently stands at 29 compared to 19 for the same period last year.

Tadra Kahani with Connect will be held on the 14th of next month at the Vodafone Arena.

Other schools that will be taking part include Cathedral Secondary School, Blue Light Fiji, Lomary Secondary School, Swami Vivekananda College, Ba Methodist High School, Gospel High School, Ballantine Memorial School, Sigatoka Methodist High School and Gau Secondary School.
