Kings and Queens Highways still closed at various locations

The Kings and Queens Highways are still closed to traffic at various locations due to flooding.

Fiji Roads Authority’s CEO, Kamal Prasad says Kings Highway is closed at Wailotua Village, Balekinaga Village, Nayavu Village, Naqia Village, Rakiraki Village, Rakiraki Bridge, Nadarivatu intersection, Tavua Town and Wailailai flat in Ba.

Kings Highway from Ba to Lautoka is open to all traffic.

Queens Highway from Suva to Sigatoka is open to all traffic however several sections between Sigatoka and Lautoka are closed due to flooding and fallen trees.

Meanwhile, Dawasamu Road in Korovou is closed due to flooding.

Sawani Serea Road is also closed to all traffic from Savu Road junction.

In Nausori, some sections of Koronivia Road is closed while Toga Road is also closed due to flooding.
