Kadavu team’s preparation boosted by visit from Nadroga Rugby

The Kadavu team’s preparations to play in their first ever Vodafone Vanua Trophy Championship final was boosted after they received a visit from the Nadroga Rugby Union.

The Nadroga Union came bearing gifts of fruits, food, vegetables and camaraderie wishing Kadavu all the best in their game today.

The Kadavu Rugby Union thanked their counterparts from Nadroga for their fellowship and making them welcome also wishing them all the best in their Skipper Cup match today against Lautoka.

Kadavu and Navosa who have both qualified for Skipper Cup 2026 face off at 3pm today in the Vanua Championship finals at Lawaqa Park.

In the U20 Vanua finals, Taveuni faces Serua at 1pm at the same venue.

Also the Ranadi Royal Tea final between the Ba Women and Macuata is at 11am.

Meanwhile, the Subrail Women’s Championship match between Kadavu and Naitasiri has just kicked off.
