France is not taking any risk in their 2023 Rugby World Cup pool A clash against minnows Namibia this morning as coach Fabien Galthié made 12 changes to the side that struggled to at a spirited Uruguayan side last week.

Galthié has selected a strong 23-match day squad which includes Cyril Baille and Jonathan Danty who both are making their return from injury.

Star halfback Antoine Dupont is also part of the squad which has sent out a stern message to Namibia that the French are treating this game seriously as they look to top their table after this round.

France is currently sitting in second place in their pool tied with Italy who sits atop the pool with 10 points each.

The All Blacks sit in third place with 5 points and are going to be out of action this week.

The race for a spot in the quarter finals is now open with Italy, France and the All Blacks all looking to finish their remaining pool matches on a high.

Italy secured a 38-17 bonus point win over Uruguay yesterday while France will be looking to secure a win over Namibia today to help push them up to the top of the table after 3 games.

France and Namibia have just kicked off their game and are still tied at nil-all.
