The Fiji Water Flying Fijians received a surprise visit from King Charles III and Queen Camilla yesterday.
In a social media post, coach Simon Raiwalui says, “Not every day you get to meet King Charles III & Queen Camilla, even better to be able to provide a guard of honour & showcase a little bit of our culture!”
The team was also able to provide a guard of honour, showed a bit of culture and also sang a song.
King Charles III wished the team well for their remaining games in the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
Certainly a precious moment for Flying Fijians and Fiji Rugby as whole. Our team was greeted by His Majesty King Charles III.
