The Fiji Rugby Union has set up a board of inquiry to interview all of the 19 management team and the 30 players who represented the Flying Fijians to the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
FRU board chairman Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga will head this investigation team which will include other board members and they will start from next Wednesday.
Tikoitoga added the report from this management team and the players will identify areas where they will have to make changes in FRU.
He said it will be a huge task to do but they believe it needs to be done to move Fiji rugby forward.
