Flooding of low lying areas possible

The Nadi weather office is calling on people living in low lying areas to exercise caution during this rainy period.

A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain lies slow moving over the group.

This system is bringing rain and few thunderstorms over most places with a possibility of flooding of low lying areas.

Meanwhile, there have been no reports of flash flooding around the country.
