The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s side are still in third place with 64 points after a 6th place finish in the Los Angeles 7s this morning following a 26-21 defeat to table leaders, Argentina.

Argentina extend their lead at the top of the table with 90 points while Ireland sit in second place with 70 points.

The Fijiana 7s remain in 7th place in the Women’s overall standings.

Australia are leading the Women’s table with 90 points, NZ are in second place with 86 points and France in third place with 74 points.

Meanwhile, France are the new champions of the HSBC Los Angeles 7s in the men’s category after beating Great Britain 21-0 in the Cup final today.

Ireland won bronze after beating Spain 24-7 in the 3rd place playoff.

In the Women’s category, the Black Ferns 7s are the LA 7s Women’s champion after beating Australia 29-14 in the final while the USA won bronze after their 21-7 win over Canada in the Women’s 3rd place playoff.
