Fiji Bati to weather the storm against aggressive PNG Kumuls - Wise Kativerata

Vodafone Fiji Bati Head Coach Wise Kativerata says the Papua New Guinea team plays a very aggressive style of football and will try to intimidate the Bati players, but they will weather the storm.

Kativerata told fijivillage News that it's all about starting right and focusing on their preparation over the next four days.

He emphasised that while they can not control the weather or time, they can control how they prepare, focus on themselves first and build from there.

He adds the players already understood the importance of focusing on Fiji because the game of rugby league is here to stay.

The Head Coach pleads to rugby league fans and supporters to come in numbers and support the mix of players in the Fiji Bati squad.

The Fiji Bati will face the Kumuls at 8:10pm this Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium.
