An ongoing police operation saw more than 6,000 plants believed to be marijuana being uprooted by a team of police officers from two farms in the Navosa Highlands.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri said the raid was conducted on Friday and Saturday, however, no arrests have been made.
He added that these farms are right in the interior of the highlands and they face the similar problems in other raids with the farm not owned by anyone.
He revealed that the street value of the uprooted plants may run into millions.
