While the country is still enjoying the London 7s victory, some players are already looking ahead to the new season.
Captain and father of two Setefano Cakau said he will be looking after himself in order to play in the next season.
Cakau’s wife Litiana said their 5 and 3 year old children also enjoyed the win.
Hard hitting center Aisake Katonibau who had a grand tournament said he wants to achieve his childhood dream of representing Fiji at the Melrose cup next year.
Meanwhile, Laisiana Talebula, the proud mother of Metuisela Talebula said she stayed up all night to watch her son play.
Fiji made a remarkable end to the 2011/2012 IRB 7s series by finishing second behind New Zealand on the overall points table.
