FM96 video of CFL staff watching and celebrating Flying Fijians’ win goes viral, shared by overseas media

A victory celebration video showing staff of Communications Fiji Limited celebrating the Fiji Water Flying Fijians historic victory over the Wallabies yesterday that was posted online by FM96 has gone viral and has been shared by a few overseas media outlets like Seven Sharp and The Guardian.

The staff of CFL, the parent company of Legend FM, FM96, Viti FM, Navtarang, Radio Sargam and fijivillage burst into celebration in the fijivillage Newsroom after the final whistle as they could not hold back their joy and emotions after that historic win.

The video was a true testament to the unbeatable celebration spirit that Fijians have and the passion they have towards supporting their teams making waves on the world stage.

It has also reaffirmed to the world that when it comes to celebration, no one beats Fijians celebrating memorable moments especially moments like yesterday’s victory over the Wallabies where it has not been done for the last 69 years.

Other fans also took to social media to express their joy and emotions by posting videos of them celebrating with their families and friends wherever they were watching the game.

The Flying Fijians will take on Georgia at 3.45am on the 1st of October in their third RWC pool clash.
