The Fiji Young Kulas had a rough start to their FIFA under 20 Women’s World Cup campaign after they were thrashed 9-0 by Brazil.
Brazil led 5-0 at halftime.
Natalia Vendito and Victoria Amaral scored 2 goals each while Gisele Silva, Fernanda da Silva, Lara Dantas and Milena Leal and Priscilla scored 1 goal each for Brazil.
In other matches this morning, Canada held France to a 3-all draw, Cameroon and Mexico drew 2-all and Columbia beat Australia 2-0.
