Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has revealed that the proposed electoral reforms will be discussed at length when the People's Charter is implemented.
Sayed-Khaiyum said with the Interim Prime Minister telling the UN General Assembly about his vision for Fiji, the first step to achieve a new electoral system will start with consultations after the formation of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji.
Although a number of statements have been made that any change in the electoral system would require a constitutional change, Sayed-Khaiyum said these people need to understand that everyone wants a united Fiji.
