EFL’s discount for the first 100 units every month has come to an end

Energy Fiji Limited’s discount for COVID-19 relief assistance provided to customers for the first 100 units every month since April last year has come to an end.

The EFL says the government has been providing 48% subsidy for the first 100 units for all domestic customers and EFL was providing additional 52% discount for the first 100 units for the domestic customers.

Government subsidy for the first 100 units every month for all domestic subsidized customers will continue.

Additionally, from tomorrow, all EFL customers will be required to pay electricity bills as per the due date and there will be no grace period as practiced since June last year.
