Drua’s confidence is high as they head into first match against Moana Pasifika

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are very confident going into their first 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific match against Moana Pasifika this Saturday.

Coach Mick Byrne says there is a lot of confidence in the camp at the moment, and there's a lot of excitement getting back onto the field.

He says the team is in a far better place than they were last year and is excited about the opportunity in front of them.

The Drua is expected to name their 23-member team at 1pm today.

The Drua will meet Moana Pasifika at 3.35pm Saturday.

In other matches, the Crusaders will take on the Chiefs at 6.05pm tomorrow, the Waratahs will meet the Brumbies at 8.35pm tomorrow, the Highlanders will play the Blues at 6.05pm Saturday, the Reds will take on the Hurricanes at 8.35pm Saturday, and the Western Force will meet the Rebels at 11pm Saturday.
