The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are focused on the task ahead of them tonight as they take on the Western Force in their final 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific pre-season trial match.

With most of the players retained from the squad that defeated the Melbourne Rebels in Nadi, coach Mick Byrne will be looking to use tonight’s game to polish the team’s game plans before the start of the season next week.

Three players will be making their first appearance for the Drua this season with live-wire hooker Tevita Ikanivere leading the side.

The Fijian Drua will play the Force at 9pm tonight in Toowong, Queensland.

Meanwhile, the Drua’s first Super Rugby Pacific match will be against the Moana Pasifika at 3.35pm next Saturday.
