Defending Suva Zone 1 champs Namosi Secondary and MGM hoping to extend their lead

Defending Coca Cola Suva Zone 1 champions Namosi Secondary School and MGM High School currently lead the boys’ and girls’ division medal tally after day one of competition.

Both schools are aiming to successfully defend their title in a last push for the Coca Cola Games next week.

Namosi Secondary leads the boys division with 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze while newcomers Christian Mission Fellowship College are in second place together with International School Suva with 1 gold each.

In the girls’ division, MGM has 3 gold, and 1 silver, Namosi Secondary are in second place with 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze, while Nasinu Secondary School are in third place with 1 silver and 1 bronze.

The Suva Zone 1 continues today at the HFC Bank Stadium.
