DPP Not Contemplating Further Charges
The Director of the Public Prosecutions Office has confirmed that it is not contemplating further charges against businessman Ballu Khan at this stage.

DPP spokesperson Asishna Prasad has confirmed to Village News that they have not received any further request or information from police to determine whether additional charges can be laid against him.

However, Deputy Police Commissioner, Eroni Antonio has confirmed that the file was given to the DPP's office for review and whether charges could be laid against Khan who is already facing three counts of Conspiracy to Murder.
