Tropical Cyclone Daphne now lies some 900km to the far south of Fiji and poses no direct threat to Fiji.
Some bands of rain feeding into the cyclone are affecting Fiji this morning however it will not reach the levels experienced from last Friday.
Nadi Weather Office Director Alipate Waqaicelua said the severe flood warning and gale warning is also lifted.
There will still be rain, heavy at times today, mainly in the west and the south so people need to take precautions as flooding of low lying areas is still possible.
Winds and rain will ease in these areas by tonight.
The weather is expected to clear into the Easter weekend.
