Earlier;

Darold Kakasi scored again as Ba beat Navua 2-0 in their second group match. Savenaca Nakalevu scored the other goal for Ba.

Navua which beat Labasa on day 1, was a shadow of a side and failed to replicate that form.

Ba youngster, Peceli Sukabula played a brilliant game at right-back for Ba and combined well with the midfielders and attackers of Ba.

Lautoka midfielder Muni Shivam Naidu scored twice as they beat Nasinu 2-1.

Lautoka led 2-0 at half time. Nasinu got a penalty in the second half which was converted successfully by Jasnit Vikash.

Sairusi Nalaubu scored a hat-trick as Suva bounced back to beat Rewa 4-2.

Suva which lost to Nasinu yesterday, was in fine form from the first whistle and the first goal by Christopher Wasasala laid the platform for an impressive Suva win.

The capital side played brilliantly throughout the match and there was better cohesion between the players. Bruce Hughes scored Rewa’s goals from the penalty spot.
