Police Women’s Rugby made a winning start to the McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s Women’s Division campaign defeating Savusavu 27-5.
Coming into the tournament as one of the favourites in the Women’s Division, they lived up to the expectations and showed they are the team to beat in this tournament.
In other results of the Women’s competition, Seahawks had to dig deep to beat Navosa Women’s Rugby 24-14, Tabusoro Angels thumped Lilians Amazons 26-10, while the Australia Women’s Development 7s side thrashed Tagimoucia Ranadi 57-0.
