Children fly to India for heart surgery
They would fasten their eyes to see the rise and fall of their baby's chest, and sometimes desperately search for the pulse rate on their baby's wrists.

This is the description given by Peter Fong, the grandfather of 6 month old James Nagalu, one of four recipients of the Vodafone ATH Foundation trip to India for heart surgery.

While thanking the Fiji College of General Practitioners Children's Heart Foundation and the ATH Fiji Foundation, Fong said no one knows better than the mothers of these four children the reality of a desperate heart.

James mum, Olivia said its been a long hard road for their family and at last her son has a chance at a full life.
