Archbishop Peter Loy Chong.

The Catholic Church in Fiji has been feeding people who are living on the streets of Suva ever since the second wave of COVID-19 in April this year.

Archbishop Peter Loy Chong says they prepare about 40 serves on a daily basis whereby these street dwellers pick their food during lunchtime.

He says two women from the church prepare the food.

Archbishop Chong says they are so blessed to have people like the women in the church who are willing to give their time to feed the hungry.

He says there are some challenges in doing this good deed.
