CFL makes frequency changes to 5 stations ahead of time
Communications Fiji Limited, the parent company of Legend FM, FM96, Viti FM, Navtarang and Sargam will have the complete change to its radio station frequencies around the country according to the requirements of the National Spectrum Decree later today.

Although the original deadline for all radio stations in Fiji to change their frequencies allocated by the Communications Ministry is tomorrow, the CFL stations have done the changes in phases from earlier this month and the final change will occur later today.

For Legend FM, listeners in the Central Division can catch Legend FM on 98.6FM from later today.

Stay listening, we will tell you when you have to make the change later today.

Meanwhile the Communications Ministry has given another 10 days from tomorrow’s deadline for the change in radio station frequencies for radio stations to ensure there is no interference and every operator complies with the National Spectrum Decree.

Minister, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum believes that after the ten day period there will be no radio station interfering on another station frequency.

We will keep you informed as the final phase of frequency changes for the Central Division for our stations will take place later today.
