Boy falls from first floor of MHCC building

A young boy was rushed to the CWM hospital after he fell off from the first floor of the MHCC Building at around 1pm yesterday.

Assistant Police Spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri has confirmed the incident saying that boy was trying to look over the railings when he lost his grip and fell.

Sokomuri said they are trying to get further details.

He sustained injuries and was taken to the accident and the emergency ward at the CWM hospital.

Morris Hedstroms Marketing Manager S. Kuna said all safety measures are in place at the MHCC complex and they have video evidence which shows that the child was playing with others when the incident occurred.

He said parents must be with their children at all times.
