Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s star playmaker Ratu Napolioni Bolaca is set to make his much-awaited return to the HSBC SVNS World Series after being named in the 13-men squad for the upcoming Vancouver 7s next weekend.
The 27-year-old has been missing from the international stage for quite some time due to injury, and he is now making a comeback.
Coach Ben Gollings has also named two new players in the side with Viliame Naikausa and Solomoni Rauqe set to make their international 7s debut.
The side for the Vancouver 7s include Josese Batirerega, Kaminieli Rasaku, Jeremaia Matana, Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Ponipate Loganimasi, Joseva Talacolo, Pilipo Bukayaro, Viliame Naikausa, Solomone Rauqe, Alusio Vakadranu, Ratu Napolioni Bolaca, Terio Veilawa and Ropate Rere.
Fiji is in pool A alongside Argentina, Canada and Spain.
